Okay. Dann vor dem Stillen Wärme auf die Brust und danach kühlen. Und - ganz wichtig: gönn dir Ruhe.

Ich versuche es mal mit der Ruhe. Ich habe leider einen verständnislosen Freund, der denkt, ich würde den ganzen Tag zu Hause sitzen und nichts tun

Manchmal wäre es gut, die Männer könnten mal mit uns tauschen. Dann würden sie merken, dass man mit kleinem Baby zu nichts kommt.

Kannst du auf dem Rücken tragen? Mit Baby auf dem Rücken kann man viel im Haushalt machen oder einfach nur entspannt spazieren gehen.

Auf dem Rücken tragen hat nicht geklappt. Ich habs nicht alleine geschafft, versuche es aber heute nochmal.
Die harte Stelle in der Brust ist noch da, ist aber bisher nicht schlimmer geworden.

Hast du eine Trageberaterin in der Nähe, die dir das Tragen auf dem Rücken mal zeigen kann?

Tut die Stelle noch weh? Ist sie kleiner geworden?

Aufgrund der Zunahme von 180g die letzte Woche, kannst du die Zufüttermenge um 20ml reduzieren. Bleibe dann auch morgen nochmal bei 220ml.

Ist der Bocks schon da?

Ja, es hat dann heute morgen aber geklappt. Ich hab sogar Gartenarbeit gemacht Erst hat sie geschrien, ist aber dann eingeschlafen.

Kleiner nicht, denke ich. Es tut weh, wenn ich drauf drücke, aber so normal nicht.

Bockshornkleesamen sind da, hab' auch schon zwei Kapseln genommen, das sind 1,22g. Soll ich dann 5 Kapseln täglich nehmen?

Am 5. oder 6. Juni muss ich zu einem Junggesellinnenabschied, da ich die Trauzeugin bin Ist aber tagsüber und nur Wellness. Ich muss meine Tochter dann natürlich zu Hause lassen und besorge mir noch eine Handmilchpumpe. Wie lange kann ich weg bleiben und wie oft sollte ich wie lange pumpen?

Ja, das kommt ja dann ungefähr hin. Am besten dann morgens und abends je zwei und mittags eine.

Mitnehmen geht wahrscheinlich nicht, oder?

Ein Baby im dritten Lebensmonat trinkt etwa 780ml pro Tag. Verteilt auf 12 Mahlzeiten sind das dann circa 65 ml pro Mahlzeit. Je nachdem wie lange du weg bist, brauchst du dann entsprechend viel Milch. Zwei bis drei Stunden kann dein Baby sicherlich auch ohne Milch überbrücken, bei mehr solltest du für jeweils zwei Stunden 65ml da haben.

Je nachdem wie lange du weg gehen willst, musst du halt vorher entsprechend einen Vorrat sammeln (du kannst natürlich auch Pre geben). Auf der Feier brauchst du nicht unbedingt Pumpen (außer deine Brust spannt).

Wie lange willst du denn dann weg bleiben?

Morgen dann 200ml
