A friend of mine is looking for a particular wrap, and I'm trying to find a German forum with a buying-and-selling section to see if I can find it for her. Can you give me a few tips to where I can start looking?

Well, I guess this is the right place for it, but you need to write a certain amout of times and be registered for a month.
Or you could start looking at ebay?

Hi,

which particular wrap are you looking for? Sometimes, the manufactorers still have few wraps of a special colour, an email could be useful.
