Wie würdest Du denn gerne starten? Hast Du Dir überlegt, wie Du die Beikost gestalten möchtest?

Ich würd ihr gerne Gemüsebrei anbieten; Zucchini oder Pastinake mit Fett. Banane und Avocado hätte ich auch da. Ich hab ja gelesen, dass diese alte Regeln, nacheinander und nur wenig einzuführen, nicht nötig sind. Kann ich ihr dann auch gleich Getreide, Hafer z.B. mit Obstmus und Fett, anbieten?

Fingerfood auch gerne zeigen, sie hat wieder mal Gurke ausgelutscht und von mir sowieso gedünstete Apfelstücke gelutscht und gegessen.

Ist das sinnvoll so?

Das Gewicht macht ja grad Sprünge....
In wiefern erfüllt Deine Tochter den derzeit die Beikostreifezeichen (siehe Ihttps://www.stillen-und-tragen.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=208349)?
Wenn alle Zeichen da sind, könnt ihr einfach mit Beikost starten. Du kannst ab Beikostreife alle geeigneten Lebensmittel in babygerechter Zubereitung anbieten. Eine Reihenfolge, bestimmte Uhrzeit etc. ist dabei nicht einzuhalten. Wenn sich die Beikost ein bischen eingespielt hat und ihr Zufüttermengen durch Beikost ersetzen wollt, macht es Sinn, DInge anzubieten, die "hochkalorisch" sind. Kleine Kinder essen zu Beginn oft nur sehr geringe Mengen und Standartbeikost enthält in der Regel wenig Kalorien. Zuchini z.B. sind fast nur Wasser..... Das reicht nicht, um Milch zu ersetzen.

Ok, verstehe, das Fett am Gemüse kann also nicht reichen, dann gibt es zügig eher Avocado, Banane und tatsächlich Getreidebrei.

Ich werde dann mal berichten, ob sie schon richtige Lust drauf hat.

Danke Theolino, das hatten wir mit ihr.

Sie hat Banane, Mandelmus, Avocado, Birne, Pastinake und Haferbrei gegessen. Tatsächlich schmeckt es ihr sehr gut bisher. Es wird alles vom Löffel gegessen und gekaut, Zungenstoßreflex ist definitiv weg. Den Löffel möchte sie manchmal mit uns zusammen halten, meckert dann aber, wenn es zu langsam vorwärts geht. Vorher stille ich, manchmal auch noch hinterher. Pre wollte sie dann heute nicht mehr alles abends trinken. Soll ich eigentlich stillen, Pre und dann Brei geben? Habe es bisher so gemacht.

Das klingt prima. Wenn DU PRE ersetzen willst, sollsten wir uns Gedanken machen, was Du ihr anbietest. Wenn es DIch nicht übermäßig stresst, wäre meine Idee, jetzt Beikost einfach zum Kennenlernen zu geben, Ganz ohne Plan oder Stress und dabei die PRE weiter zu geben. Und ab dem Zeitpunkt wo Du willst, schauen wir, dass wir die PRE ersetzen. Aber, so wie Du willst.

Ja das finde ich gut. Dann kann sie etwas rumprobieren. Drei Mal bieten wir an, sie hat guten Hunger, irgendwie bilden sich schon weitere Speckfalten… Ich hatte ja gemerkt, dass M. unser Essen möchte, aber nicht damit gerechnet, dass sie gleich so viel isst und einfordert. Mal sehen, ob es so bleibt.

M. probiert weiterhin fleißig. Ich würd gern noch ein paar Tage ihr Dinge anbieten. Aber wenn das mit dem Gewicht so weitergeht, sollte man dann demnächst die Prenahrung reduzieren?

Ich sehe Breirezepte, in denen alles sehr genau abgemessen wird. Ist dies so nötig? Ich wollte gerne eine Mischung aus Gläsern und selbst kochen machen.
