eigentlich wollte ich heute die Kleine wiegen, aber da der Papa die Morgenroutine übernahm, hatte ich es vergessen.

Leider ist es hier jedoch so, dass sie noch nie wirklich lange und ausdauernd getrunken hat. Sie ist zwar gefühlt ständig an der Brust, also sowohl oft als auch lange. Aber dass sie tatsächlich lange trinkt und schluckt, macht sie nur bei der Zufütterung mit Sonde, was mittlerweile recht fix innerhalb von 10 bis max. 15 min erledigt ist. Die restliche Zeit nuckelt sie und / oder schläft an der Brust. Zwischendurch schluckt sie ab und an mal vereinzelt. Und da es ja bei allen meinen 3 Kindern bisher schwierig war, denke ich schon, dass es an mir liegt. Ich kann es nun nicht mehr auf Neugeborenen-Gelbsucht oder anfängliche Trinkschwäche schieben. Andererseits pullert sie schon recht viel. Und wenn nur Vormilch käme, würde der Stuhl anders aussehen.
Mal schauen, was das Gewicht morgen sagt, aber ich denke, von der Pre werden wir nicht wegkommen, so schade wie ich das finde, aber da muss man wohl realistisch sein. Falscher Ehrgeiz bringt der Maus am Ende auch nix. An Beikost zeigt sie aktuell noch keinerlei Interesse.

Gestern hab ich sie mal gemessen, so gut wie das eben zu Hause geht. Ich war sehr überrascht, sie ist nun schon größer als ich dachte und innerhalb eines Monats ganze 4cm gewachsen! Ist es möglich, dass sie ihre Energie anstatt ins Gewicht ins Wachstum gesteckt hat? Andererseits ist dadurch ihr BMI, also das Verhältnis Gewicht zu Körpergröße, schlechter als vorher.

Ansonsten plage ich mich aktuell mit einem Milchstau. Bereits letzte Woche Freitag bemerkte ich einen Knubbel. Da dachte ich noch, den trinkt die Maus mal weg. Seit Dienstag tut die Stelle aber weh. Erst nur auf Druck, zum Abend hin dann von sich aus die ganze Zeit. Wie ein blauer Fleck fühlt es sich an, zwischenzeitlich auch mal ein Brennen. Die Stelle ist warm und leicht rot. Seit gestern kühle ich, nehme früh und am Abend eine Ibu. Ich versuche, die Kleine mit Kiefer zur harten Stelle andocken zu lassen, was etwas schwierig ist, da sie genau oben auf der Brust ist. Ausstreichen kann ich nicht und werd jetzt auch nicht dran rumdrücken, tut ja auch weh. Heute kommt noch Lecithin an, vielleicht hilft das ja. (Evtl. sorgt es ja dabei auch noch dafür, dass die Milch etwas "dicker" wird, wenn die Kleine schon immer nur so kurz trinkt??)
Etwas besser zu gestern ist es schon geworden, denn die Stelle tut nur noch bei Berührung weh. Aber der Knubbel ist größer als letzte Woche. Ich hoffe, es hat sich bald erledigt.

Deine Enttäuschung kann ich nachvollziehen. Jedoch, muss Deine Tochter erhebliche Mengen Milch direkt aus Deiner Brust trinken. Ihr Bedarf liegt derzeit bei um die 800 ml Milch pro Tag. Da würden die 280 ml PRE die ihr zufüttert niemals langen...
Wegen dem Wachstum. Die Kinder wachsen oft in Schüben. Werden lang und schmal, um danach wieder zuzunehmen. Das ist völlig ok.
Wie geht es Deiner Staubrust inzwischen? Kühlen und Ibu sind gut, wenn Du es verträgst. Vielen Frauen hilft Wärme kurz vor dem Stillen und Kälte danach. Um die betroffene Stelle gut zu erreichen beim Stillen, hilft es manchmal, dann im Liegen zu stillen. Also das Kind liegt, und Du plazierst Dich so, dass die betroffene Stelle zum Kinn Deines Kindes zeigt. Lecithin kannst Du ausprobieren. Das hilft vielen vor allem zur Prophylaxe. Deine Milch wird dadurch aber nicht dicker werden;) Das wäre ja auch unpraktisch und würde wohl erst recht zu Verstopften Milchkanälchen etc. führen.

Danke Theolino, der Stau-Brust geht es zum Glück besser. Ein kleiner Knubbel ist in der Tiefe noch zu spüren und auf Druck schmerzt es noch etwas. Aber definitiv besser als noch gestern; auf Ibu und Kühlen konnte ich heute verzichten. Wir stillten auch immer mal im Liegen und im Vierfüßler. Ich musste nur immer gut ihr Strampelbeine festhalten, da sie mir sonst ins Gesicht getreten hat.

Mit der Gewichtszunahme bin ich recht zufrieden. Es waren die letzten Wochen immerhin relativ konstant im Schnitt +100g pro Woche. Oder was meinst du dazu?

Es geht zum Glück wieder hoch, aber so ganz zufrieden bin ich nicht mit dem Absacker.

Geht es ihr sonst gut? Dann durchatmen. Wahrscheinlich ist sie einfach gewachsen.

Vorm Schlafen weint sie in den letzten Tagen manchmal ganz verzweifelt, vor allem am späten Nachmittag und am Abend. Ich frag mich dann natürlich schon, ob sie dollen Hunger hat. Aber eigentlich ist sie da meist sehr müde, findet aber nicht in den Schlaf. Manchmal meckert sie auch, weil sie pullern muss und das lieber ohne Windel machen will.
Also ich würde schon behaupten, dass es ihr gut geht. Aber sie würde ganz sicher auch mehr Pre trinken, ohne sich zu beschweren. Da bin ich oft so hin und her gerissen, ob es ihr wirklich reicht.

Solche kleinen Pausen in der Gewichtszunahme sind völlig ok. Und was Du von ihrem Verhalten schreibst auch. Es klingt vor allem so, als ob ihr Euch schon so gut kennt! Du kannst die Zeichen Deines Babys gut lesen! Was braucht es, damit Du Dich entspannen kannst?
