Das kann ich verstehen, dein Baby braucht aber erstmal diese Menge. Du kannst die Portionen noch kleiner machen, dafür noch auf mehrere Mahlzeiten aufteilen.
An der Brust kannst du auch erst ohne BES stillen und dieses erst an der zweiten Brust zuschalten.
