Gedanken zum 4. Kind stillen nach bisherigen Problemen

Ja heute 360ml
Es hat wieder 2x geklappt mit Footballhaltung und dann Wechselstillen. Da bin ich auf 20-30min pro Stillen gekommen. Er ist auch zufriedener heute. Scheint wohl an Blockaden zu liegen die der Osteopath nicht raus bekommen hat. Kann es kaum erwarten bis der Termin beim Kiss-Doc ist.
Gibt es für unterwegs einen Trick ohne Stillkissen das ich links in Footballhaltung stillen kann? Aufrecht stillen klappt absolut gar nicht. Und das Tuch bekomme ich gar nicht gescheit gebunden das er stillen könnte. Sling erträgt er leider auch nicht . Hab mir eine Fly Tai gekauft. Vielleicht klappt es damit.

Du kannst bei der Footballerposition versuchen deinen Arm ganz weit zurückzunehmen. Seinen Popo klemmst du mit deinem Ellbogen ganz eng an dich, dein Arm läuft an seiner Wirbelsäule entlang. Dein Daumen ist auf seinem Schulterblatt, dein Zeigefinger auf seinem Ohr. Damit stützt du komplett seinen Körper und er kann seinen Kopf frei bewegen.
Bei 5kg ist die FBposition ohne Kissen noch machbar solange dein ganzer Arm sein Gewicht trägt.

Gestern waren wir im Garten. Der kleine hat nur geschlafen so das ich ihn wecken musste. Heute musste ich erstmal Batterie von der Waage wechseln. Habe vorm und nach dem Wechseln gewogen. Kam beide male das gleiche Ergebnis.
Abends daheim hat er wieder viel gebrüllt. Habe es richtig gehört wie es in seinem Bauch grummelt. Heute früh kam endlich die ganze Luft raus.

Ja. Heute 340 und da bleiben wir ne Woche und schauen uns die Gewichtsentwicklung an.
Luft im Bauch ist doof, hoffentlich stabilisiert sich die Darmflora bald.

Gäbe es noch irgendwas gutes zum Darmaufbau ausser Symbioflor? Das Zeug vom Osteopathen hat nicht wirklich was gebracht

Hab mir in der Apotheke Bigaia bestellt nachdem ich hier was rum gelesen habe.

Habe beim kleinen Temperatur gemessen weil er mir so warm vorkam (alles gut zum Glück). Aber er hat beim messen richtig viel Stuhlgang wie eine feste Paste gehabt. Könnte das an der Pre liegen? Bisher ist mir die Konsistenz in der Windel nicht so aufgefallen
