vielen Dank für den lieben Gruss! Ja, manchmal hat man so nen Tag, wo man verzweifelt

Bei mir ist es gerade dann so, wenn die Nacht schlimm war... bin abends ab 9 todmüde und quäle mich nur noch Und morgens hat man dann ein schlechtes Gewissen, weil man genervt war und nicht so liebevoll mit dem Schatz umgegangen ist, wie man eigentlich möchte...

Heiß duschen ist auch deswegen ein guter Tipp, weil es sein kann, dass. Du dann deutlich siehst, dass. Da noch Milch ist. Bei mir kommt die beim duschen von selber raus [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND SMILING EYES]

Heiss duschen war super!

Gestern war zwar wieder erst um 1 Uhr richtig schlafen angesagt und um 2 schon wieder füttern... aber insgesamt war es entspannter, weil es ohne Geschrei ging. Komischerweise ist das immer dann so, wenn mein Mann im Nachtdienst ist und Marie und ich allein sind... muss dem mal auf den Grund gehen... ich vermute, es ist weil er abends noch laut mit ihr spricht und "Party" macht...

Wir waren heute übrigens bei Kinderarzt zum ersten Impfen und der war mit der Gewichtszunahme seit der U3 vor 6 Wochen insgesamt vollauf zufrieden.

Marie war gestern Abend vom Impfen ziemlich platt. Hatte auch erhöhte Temperatur. Da sie den ganzen Abend geschlafen hat und nicht mehr fürs Trinken zu begeistern war, haben wir leider nur einmal mit dem BES stillen können am frühen Abend mit 50ml... Also leider nur halb so viel wie geplant

Was meinst du, soll ich heute noch mal 100ml zufütternn oder 80ml?

mach mal lieber nochmal 100ml. das gewicht der letzten woche war deutlich weniger zunahme als vorher (wo die zunahme auch ueppig war, es ist gut polster, keine sorge!), das ist einfach ein zeichen, dass ihr nach der deutlichen und schnellen reduktion gerade noch einen moment pause braucht.

die tendenz stimmt. noch einmal 100ml, dann drei tage 80ml.
