Ich würde dann wieder mehr geben, sie ist nach dem Stillen ab mittags auch sehr unzufrieden und direkt danach nur durch Bewegung ablenkbar. Interessant finde ich, dass ich es immer im Gespür habe, wie das Gewicht ungefähr ist.

M. hat immer mehr Beikostreifezeichen. Sie hat schon an Apfel, Brot und Paprika gelutscht (nur meine Hand mit dem Lebensmittel genommen und dann kräftig gelutscht, als ich gegessen habe; ich weiß, dass ich damit die Beikost nicht starten sollte). Nachdem sie auch gerne ihr VitaminD vom Löffel isst, habe ich testweise Bananemus probieren lassen. Das ging auch gut (und war eindeutig später in der Windel).

Sie macht auch Kaubewegungen und wenn wir essen, öffnet sie teilweise immer den Mund für den Löffel, als wenn sie ihn bekommen sollte. Ihr Sitzen ist allerdings noch etwas wackelig. Daher würde ich noch etwas warten. Aber tendenziell glaube ich nicht, dass bei ihr, nur weil Frühchen, es gut wäre, bis korrigiert 6 Monate zu warten (das wäre dann ja gegen Mitte März…).

Was ist deine erfahrene Meinung dazu, Theolino? Und sollte sie bestimmt die hochkalorische Beikost dann bekommen, oder?

Zur Beikost. Die solltet ihr dann starten, wenn Deine Tochter alle drei Reifezeichen erfüllt: sie kann (ggf. mit etwas Untrestützung) aufrecht sitzen und dabei den Kopf halten, sack nicht in sich zusammen, sie kann gezielt selbst nach Nahrung greifen, diese zum Mund führen und macht dann Kaubewegungen, der Zungenstreckreflex ist verschwunden, d.h. Nahrung die in den Mund gelangt ist wird nicht wieder reflexhaft rausgeschoben. Das zusammen ist bei einem früh ins Leben gestarteten Kind mit 4,5 Monaten eher noch nicht erreicht. Auch die meisten reif geborenen Kinder können das in diesem Alter nicht. Beobachte Dein Kind - ich bin mir sicher, Du wirst den richtigen Zeitpunkt bemerken. Wenn Du dann die Zufütterung durch Beikost ersetzen willst, wird vermutlich, abhängig davon wie es dann mit der Zunahme aussieht, hochkalorische Beikost für Euch passen. Beantwortet das Deine Frage?
