Geringe Gewichtszunahme & Zufüttern

Ella, die einzige, die bei einem Entbindungstermin fast an Weihnachten zur Nachsorge in unseren Ort kam. Keine Hebamme war keine Option für mich. Und es war auch gut, dass sie kam, um L Nabel und die Gelbfärbung zu kontrollieren. Das ich keine Beratung zum Strecken von Stillabständen nachts will, weil ich stillen nach Bedarf einfacher finde, hat sie akzeptiert. Mir tat und tut es nur für die anderen Leid, die falsch beraten wurden.

ich bin echt so verunsichert.. Jetzt ist das Gewicht schon wieder etwas runter gegangen und die wöchentliche Zunahme sieht gar nicht mehr schön aus.
Die Kleine ist teilweise so frustriert an der Brust, dass sie nicht gut trinkt. Nachts und morgens ist es immer am Besten. Da scheinen die Brüste auch voller zu sein. Zumindest merke ich da auch mal, dass die etwas hart werden. Das hab ich tagsüber die (gehabt)..

Hallo Deidamaus,

ich bin echt so verunsichert.. Jetzt ist das Gewicht schon wieder etwas runter gegangen und die wöchentliche Zunahme sieht gar nicht mehr schön aus.

Dein Baby ist jetzt fast drei Monate alt, da passiert es schon öfter mal, dass das Gewicht ein paar Tage stagniert.

Die Kleine ist teilweise so frustriert an der Brust, dass sie nicht gut trinkt. Nachts und morgens ist es immer am Besten. Da scheinen die Brüste auch voller zu sein. Zumindest merke ich da auch mal, dass die etwas hart werden.

Das ist normal und hormonell bedingt. Abends kommt es dann schon mal vor, dass die Brust gefühlt "leer" getrunken ist. Auch bei problemlos voll stillenden Frauen.

Hab noch ein bisschen Geduld, das Gewicht steigt sicherlich bald wieder.

Bleibe weiter beim Vollstillen und nicht zufüttern und wir schauen, was die nächsten Tage bringen. Wenn die Zunahme nicht wie erwartet hoch geht oder ich auf Grüns deiner Beschreibungen vermute, dass wieder etwas Zufüttern sinnvoll ist, sage ich dir Bescheid.

Erstmal ist aber entspannen und nur stillen angesagt.

Hallo Deidamaus,
heute ist das Gewicht noch weiter runter gegangen. Allerdings hatte sie auch eine gerade vollgemachte Windel (die ich aus Neugier mal gewogen hab - 135g) vor dem Wiegen.
Ich bin trotzdem sooo unsicher, da es dann ja in der Woche nur 30g Zunahme und auf 2 Wochen 190g waren. Oh man, ich krieg den Stress einfach nicht aus meinen Gedanken.
Aber ich werde erstmal so weitermachen wie Du sagst.

Wie oft stillst du denn im Moment nachts?

Ich stille zwischen 22 und 0 Uhr das letzte mal vor dem Schlafengehen. Dann je nachdem alle 3 Stunden bis dann entweder 7, 8 oder 9 Uhr. Dann wieder alle 2 Stunden. Abends ist meist Clusterfeeding angesagt.

Die Stillhäufigkeit und -verteilung klingt gut. Peile weiterhin eher 12 als 10 Stillmahlzeiten an.

endlich ist das Gewicht wieder etwas nach oben gegangen. Ich hoffe, dass sich das morgen noch mal wiederholt, sodass ich wieder etwas entspannter an das ausschließliche Stillen gehen kann. Es fehlt ja noch ein bißchen, um wieder auf die minimale wöchentliche Zunahme zu kommen..
