Baby ist heute wie ausgewechselt, kämpft gegen das Einschlafen, ist seit 3 Stunden am dauerstillen. Wenn er dann doch mal eingeschlafen ist wacht er sofort wieder auf und will wieder an die Brust sonst gibt es Geschrei! Gibt es sowas wie einen 3-Wochen-Schub? Mir ist die ganze Nuckelei echt unangenehm und so langsam hab ich das Gefühl, ich hab Muskelkater in den Brustwarzen

Stillfrequenz von gestern kann ich nicht so genau sagen, weil er früh und abends geclustert hat, aber um die 12 Mal waren es sicher, evtl. etwas mehr.
Wie geht es heute weiter?

Geh ruhig auf 40ml. Wie gehts mit der Unruhe? Wenn Dein Kind an der Brust so unruhig ist, wechsel dann mal die Stillposition und schau ob das was bringt. Oder vielleicht muss es dann mal? Windel wechseln und kurz nackig strampeln lassen, bringt das was>?

Hach, über die Gewichtsentwicklung freu ich mich Trotzdem bin ich ich jeden Morgen nervös wenn es ans wiegen geht und hoffe täglich, dass die Tendenz so bleibt. Der Kleine ist leider verschnupft und röchelt vor sich hin, trinken geht aber zum Glück trotzdem.
Wie lautet deine Empfehlung für heut?

Hmm, die durchnittliche Zunahme liegt bei ungefähr 170 g/Woche. Weniger sollte es ja nicht werden. Das bremst meinen Optimismus wieder ein bisschen und bedeutet weiterhin sehr wachsam sein. Aber wir kriegen das schon hin

Warum bremst eine völlig normale Zunahme Deinen Optimismus? Dein Kind hat innerhalb der letzten Woche 210g zugenommen. Das ist bequem im normalen Bereich. Und im normalen Bereich ist alles gut, da ist 170 nicht schlechter als 250 und 270 nicht besser als 180....

Meine Empfehlung für heute sind die 40ml, siehe mein Post von gestern. Die würde ich jetzt für 2 Tage vorschlagen. Danach können wir zum vollstillen übergehen, wenn es Dir lieber ist, können wir noch einen einzelnen Tag mit 20ml vorm Vollstillen dazwischenschieben, aber dann wäre wirklich vollstillen angesagt. Was Dir lieber ist. Aber heute und morgen erstmal 40.

Genau, wir werden ein paar Tage vollstillen (ich gehe davon aus, dass ein paar Tage bei Euch ausreichend sein werden, länger als 1 Woche wird nicht nötig sein), dann werden wir unter weiterer Kontrolle ausschleichen und dann noch für eine gewisse Zeit die Gewichtsentwicklung beobachten.
