super, dass ihr alle so viel Spaß dabei hattet.

Notieren die Menge so wie du magst (ob Gramm oder Löffel), es reicht ja eine ungefähre Angabe, in der Gewichtsliste (wenn auch mal ohne Gewicht).

Biete zum Essen einfach etwas Wasser aus dem Becher an, dann können deine beiden entscheiden, ob und wieviel sie zusätzlich trinken mögen. Brei enthält ja auch reichlich Flüssigkeit.

Wiege jetzt gerne schon zweimal die Woche,in einer Woche essen die beißen sicherlich schon deutlich mehr.

Hallo,

unser zweiter Breitag ging erfolgreich weiter... sie sind richtig gierig nach dem Löffel und haben beide gesamt so ca 30-40g gegessen, dabei haben wir aufgehört zu füttern, als sie nicht merh ganz so gierig nach dem Löffel geschnappt haben, wahrscheinlich würden sie auch noch mehr essen, bevor sie den Brei richtig verweigern. Wir dachten uns nur, dass wir nicht gleich übertreiben. Nach der Mittagsportion haben beide auch 1Stunde später ein wenig wieder ausgespuckt, abends ist alles drin geblieben.
Wasser aus dem Becher war auch interessant, ein ganz klein wenig haben sie davon sicher getrunken.

Die Gewichte machen sich auch gut... wir freuen uns!!!

Oft führt die Einführung der Beikost zu Verdaungsproblemen, dir durch langsame Einführung dieser etwas gedämpft werden können. Deine beiden werden dir schon zeigen, wieviel sie brauchen.

Nach der Mittagsportion haben beide auch 1Stunde später ein wenig wieder ausgespuckt, abends ist alles drin geblieben.

Beides ganz normal.

Am Anfang werden sie noch nicht viel trinken, aber sicherlich viel Spaß dabei haben. Fast alle Babys finden Wasser trinken irgendwann toll.

Wenn es die nächsten zwei, drei Tage mit dem Brei weiter so gut läuft, kannst du anfangen die Pre zu reduzieren. Da sage ich dir aber nochmal genau Bescheid.

Ich gehe jetzt ins Bett, morgen ist Einschulung meines Mittleren.

ich hoffe ihr hattet heute einen sehr schönen Tag und guten Start in die Schule!

Brei ging bei uns heute auch weiterhin gut. Severin hat beim Nachmittags-BES sogar schon selbst um 10ml reduziert...wollte einfach nicht mehr (das war 2h nach dem Brei, und vorrangegangen ausgiebigen Pur-Stillen).
Zur Verdauung der beiden, haben sie im Moment zumindest keine Verstopfung, die letzten zwei Tage waren 2-3x Stuhlgang. Im Moment machne sie auch nicht den Eindruck, als würde ihnen der Bauch groß merh Probleme machen (hartnäckige Pupse gibt es von Anfang an).

das klingt ausgesprochen gut. Biete morgen nochmal die 160 ml an und gehe dann in 20 ml Schritten runter. Dann seid ihr Montag in einer Woche zufütterfrei.

Klingt gut, oder ?

Die Einschulung war toll. Mein Mittlerer war sichtlich stolz jetzt auch zur Schule zu gehen.

Das wär natürlich großartig, nach so vielen Anläufen vom Zufüttern wirklich weg zu sein... Bei uns läufts weiterhin gut. Was ist den eine ungefähre Brei-Portionsgröße mit der wir so rechnen können/sollten pro Mahlzeit. Ich weiß, da gibts keine festen Größen und die Babys entscheiden, ein grober Anhaltspunkt würde mir auch genügen.

Wiegen würden wir heute wieder und zufüttern jeden 140ml!?

Genau, heute 140 ml. Anbieten kannst du etwa die Menge von einem Gläschen (circa 100g). Du wirst dann schnell merken, ob es zu wenig oder zu viel ist und wann deine beiden eher mehr und eher weniger wollen und dann die Menge entsprechend anpassen.

Heute dann 140ml und dann täglich 20 ml weniger anbieten.

Das ist vollkommen normal, dass das Gewicht mit Beikosteinführung erstmal deutlich ansteigt. Das liegt daran, dass der Darm mehr gefüllt ist.

Super, dass den beiden die Verdauung nicht zu schaffen macht.

Morgen dann 120 ml Pre und am Dienstag 100ml.
