Weg vom Brusternährungsset bzw. Unterstützung um weiter dranzubleiben

Hier auch Wenigschläferkinder. Meine haben nie tagsüber mehrere Stunden am Stück geschlafen. A allerhöchstens 2 und L höchstens 1,5 und das war nur eine Phase von ein paar Wochen. Eine halbe Stunde jeweils und dann 2-3x am Tag (L eher 2x, A ne zeitlang 3x).
Beide haben auch kurz nach dem 2. Geburtstag Mittagsschlaf abgeschafft (parallel mit Stillen dazu abschaffen. Mittagsschlaf ging nur mit Stillen oder im Auto).
Auch jetzt noch schlafen sie eher weniger als andere Kinder.

Welche Menge würdest du vorschlagen? Oder kann ich auch bei den 150 ml bleiben?

Ich würde auf so 200-250ml hochgehen.

Danke Somermama und Silentsoul! Tut gut zu hören, dass es auch anderswo Wenigschläfer gibt und das das tatsächlich auch alles normal ist . Macht die Reise gleich wieder etwas entspannter für mich!

@ Mondenkind: Ich werde es mit 200 ml versuchen. Hab die letzten zwei Tage 120 und 105 ml zugefüttert, mehr hat er mir einfach nicht getrunken. Hat dann immer den Busen und den Schlauch ausgespuckt und wollte nicht mehr. Mal schauen ob das nur zwei Ausreißer waren. Ich berichte dann nach dem nächsten Wiegen wieder, bisher habe ich es ohne geschafft .

Hallo,

diese Woche war anders als alle Wochen davor. Er war noch unruhiger als sonst, hat das BES immer wieder ausgespuckt, das Trinken war kürzer als sonst... gestern dann zusätzlich eine Impfung. Trotzdem hatte ich eigentlich ein gutes Gefühl, aber die Gewichtszunahme ist nicht berauschend mit nur 50 g in einer Woche. Heute haben wir annähernd die 200 ml geschafft. Ich hoffe das das nur eine Phase war, die wieder vorbeigeht.

Hallo,
was soll ich sagen, die unruhige Phase hat sich natürlich wieder gelegt. Er trinkt jetzt wieder sehr entspannt ob mit oder ohne BES. Die 200 ml haben wir über mehrere Tage nicht geschafft und ich habe das dann auch endlich als Signal verstanden, dass er momentan einfach nicht soviel braucht. Die letzte Woche habe ich dann doch wieder reduziert auf 130 ml und es hat wirklich gut geklappt. Ich habe auch nicht das Bedürfnis gehabt täglich zu wiegen.
Ich weiß, wieder komplette Kehrtwende, aber ich denke ich habe ein klares Signal von meinem Sohn gebraucht um ruhiger zu werden .
Die letzten Tage hat er täglich wenige Löffel Avocado probiert die ihm denke ich mal geschmeckt haben, zumindest hat es danach ausgesehen.
Die Gewichtszunahme ist denk ich ganz ok, oder was meinst du Mondenkind? Kann ich weiter reduzieren und wenn ja wieviel würdest du mir empfehlen? Oder soll ich erstmal dabei bleiben?

DIe Zunahme ist vollkommen unauffällig, daher würde ich ganz klar weiter reduzieren!

Die Ausscheidungen brauchst du auch nicht mehr zu dokumentieren, das braucht ihr nicht mehr.

Hallo Mondenkind,
jetzt hat es doch wieder etwas länger gedauert, dass ich zum schreiben komme, entschuldige bitte.
Ich habe die letzte Zeit 120 ml Pre zugefüttert, nach Bedarf gestillt und einmal täglich hat er je nach Lust und Laune Beikost bekommen. Vorgestern hat er 6700 g gewogen. Er hat jetzt täglich festen Stuhl, Pipi dafür etwas weniger (4-5 Mal).
Vom Gewicht her könnt ich denk ich weiter reduzieren. Möcht nur nicht, dass er jetzt wo‘s wärmer ist, zu wenig Flüssigkeit bekommt. Wieviel nasse Windeln sollten es jetzt mindestens sein?
