Eine Frage bzgl der Daten: Stillhäufigkeit und Ausscheidungen passen ja immer, oder? Könnte ich evtl das nicht mehr notieren müssen, sondern nur noch Gewicht und etwaige Zufütterung?
Das Aufschreiben ist irgendwie immer stressig.

Bzgl der Frage noch, woran ich es festmache, ob er satt ist bzw nicht:
Wenn er noch Hunger hat, wenn beide Brüste leer sind, dann wird er hektisch und fängt an, den Kopf nach hinten zu werfen und an den Brustwarzen zu zerren. Außerdem krallt er sich dann auch mit den Händen in für Brüste. Wenn ich ihn dann andocken, fängt er an, zu schreien. Ist aber angelegt auch nicht mehr zufrieden.
Wenn er aus einem anderen Grund unzufrieden ist, dann fehlt die Hektik und das Ziehen. Wenn er zb mal muss oder Bauchschmerzen bekommt, dann dockt er ab, meckert, dockt wieder an ohne was zu trinken, dockt wieder ab etc

die aktuelle Zunahme kommt mir immer noch sehr wenig vor. Ist das okay so? Ich mache mir Sorgen, weil mein Baby weiterhin sehr dünn ist und kaum Speck hat.
Es sind jetzt 15 Tage ohne Pre und 9 Tage ohne jede Zufütterung.
Ich hätte es allerdings gerne, dass er mal richtig zunimmt und nicht immer nur so minimal

Die Zunahme ist recht gering im MOment, da hast du recht.
Wir haben jetzt 2 Möglichkeiten:
1. wieder etwas Pre zufüttern
2. Abpumpen und Muttermilch zufüttern

Ich habe es mit meinem Partner besprochen und wir möchten gerne erstmal versuchen, ob zusätzliches Abpumpen ausreicht. Seitdem unser Kleiner keine Pre mehr bekommt, hat er weniger Bauchschmerzen und sein Stuhl ist seltener grün.
Zwei Fragen:
1. Wie viel sollte ich abpumpen und zufüttern, damit es reicht? Ich kann nachts ca 20 - 60 ml pro Pumpdurchgang abpumpen, tagsüber kommt so wenig, dass sich der Versuch nicht lohnt.
2. Wie lange probieren wir es, um zu sehen, ob es reicht?

vielen Dank für die rasche Rückmeldung!
Ich habe es mit meinem Partner besprochen und wir möchten gerne erstmal versuchen, ob zusätzliches Abpumpen ausreicht. Seitdem unser Kleiner keine Pre mehr bekommt, hat er weniger Bauchschmerzen und sein Stuhl ist seltener grün.
Zwei Fragen:
1. Wie viel sollte ich abpumpen und zufüttern, damit es reicht? Ich kann nachts ca 20 - 60 ml pro Pumpdurchgang abpumpen, tagsüber kommt so wenig, dass sich der Versuch nicht lohnt.
2. Wie lange probieren wir es, um zu sehen, ob es reicht?

Ich bekomme kaum überhaupt etwas abgepumpt und er hat kein Problem mit der zusätzlichen Menge, macht da Aufrahmen auch Sinn? Oder wäre es nicht besser, alle Kalorien ins Kind zu bekommen?
Und vor allem: wie viel soll ich aktuell pro Tag zufüttern? Ich bin da so unsicher und habe keine Ahnung
