bis jetzt ja. ich bin erstaunt das es so gut klappt. er ist gerade auch sehr anhänglich und geht meistens an die Brust wenn ich sie ihm anbiete. kann ihn kaum ablegen, ich denke ihm schießen die Zähne ein. oder vielleicht ist ein Schub im Anmarsch?
ich hoffe die größere pre Menge macht sich bald auf der Waage bemerkbar. ich peile die 400ml an.

ich bin froh über das Gewicht heute und gleichzeitig geht es mir nicht gut. ich Weine die Tage sehr viel. ich fühle mich als hätte ich wieder versagt. das ich mein Baby nicht ernähren kann. das er so viel pre extra braucht. dann schaue ich mir den kleinen an, er wie er derzeit versucht sich zu drehen und mich dabei anlächelt. und ich geb ihm nicht genug. das ist für mich nicht leicht zu akzeptieren.
außerdem tun meine Brustwarzen so weh. schon seit Monaten, aber gerade besonders. ich glaube die werden nie abheilen. ich benutze schon lanolin, multi mam, octenisept. aber nichts hilft. eigentlich möchte ich wieder Milch abpumpen, aber gerade bin ich froh wenn sie einfach in Ruhe gelassen werden...

Acct8, fühl dich mal gedrückt wenn du magst!
Jeder Tropfen Muttermilch, den du deinem Kind gibst, ist so wertvoll. Du kümmerst dich, du machst alles, damit es ihm gut geht, und er wächst und entwickelt sich - genieß das Lächeln, das er dir schenkt. Du machst das super!
Bekommst du im "real life" die (emotionale) Unterstützung, die du brauchst? Kann dich jemand da mal in den Arm nehmen, und deine Tränen auffangen? Dir nen Kakao kochen?

danke dir für deine lieben Worte, MaiDri. zum Glück steht mein Mann hinter mir, sonst hätte ich wahrscheinlich schon aufgegeben. er kümmert sich wirklich gut um mich, aber so richtig verstehen wie ich mich fühle kann er aber nicht (nicht böse gemeint). das ist wohl so ein mama-ding...

gestern und heute ist das stillen etwas schwierig. ohne BES hat er kaum Geduld, trinkt höchstens den ersten MSR (wieviel ml Mumi kann das schon sein....) und schreit danach rum. mit BES ist er aber auch nicht soo zufrieden. musste ihn oft "überreden" noch etwas zu trinken. komischerweise trinkt er dann gegen Ende plötzlich konzentriert, um sich dann wenn das BES leer ist zu beschweren und zu heulen. die Brust will er dann nicht mehr (obwohl die Milch manchmal als Strahl raus kommt, wenn ich Drücke).

so langsam glaube ich wirklich, dass ich Magermilch habe :/

Hi acct8, ich bin großer Fan des Podcasts Stillleben mit der Stillberaterin Katrin Bautsch. Falls du Zeit findest, kann ich ihn sehr empfehlen. In einer Folge (leider erinnere ich mich nicht in welcher) wurde über die Zusammensetzung der Muttermilch gesprochen, die bei allen Frauen relativ ähnlich ist. Jedoch gab es den Hinweis auf Omega 3 Fettsäuren (unter anderem auch in Zusammenhang mit einer etwas schleppenden Gewichtszunahme). Auf jeden Fall gehen die Omega 3 Fettsäuren in die Muttermilch über und sind in jedem Fall sehr gesund für das Baby. Vielleicht versuchst das mal. Ich habe (nach einiger Recherche, deswegen schreibe ich es hier) Norsan Atlantik genommen 3x 3 Kapseln täglich. Gibt natürlich sehr viel mehr Auswahl. Liebe Grüße!

Dein Baby hat in der letzten Woche 170 Gramm zugelegt, das liegt im empfohlenen Bereich von 110-330 Gramm. In der Woche davor waren es 150 Gramm, also auch in dem Bereich.
Wenn die Zunahme weiterhin gut ist, können wir beginnen, langsam zu reduzieren.

gestern und heute ist das stillen etwas schwierig. ohne BES hat er kaum Geduld, trinkt höchstens den ersten MSR (wieviel ml Mumi kann das schon sein....) und schreit danach rum. mit BES ist er aber auch nicht soo zufrieden. musste ihn oft "überreden" noch etwas zu trinken. komischerweise trinkt er dann gegen Ende plötzlich konzentriert, um sich dann wenn das BES leer ist zu beschweren und zu heulen. die Brust will er dann nicht mehr (obwohl die Milch manchmal als Strahl raus kommt, wenn ich Drücke).

Wie war es jetzt in den letzten Tagen?
Und auch der erste Milchspendereflex kann viel Milch bringen, es gibt schnell trinkende Kinder und langsam trinkende Kinder.

Bleib bitte erstmal bei den 400ml angepeilte Zufütterung, ok?

es geht laaaangsam vorwärts. ich versuche mich nun mehr zusammen zu reißen. aber es ist so frustrierend, wenn er an der Brust so ein Theater macht. ich glaube manchmal, er mag gar nicht trinken sondern einfach nur nuckeln aber die Milch stört ihn. aber dann nach x an und abdocken trinkt er ja doch.
die letzten Tage waren sehr anstrengend. wegen dieser Unruhe an der Brust. wenigstens tritt er sich nicht mehr so ab. aber das ziehen an der Brustwarze bleibt, mittlerweile auch nachts wenn er schläft. trotzdem trinkt er dort sehr gut. das strapaziert meine Brustwarzen aber sehr, und mir ist aufgefallen, nach dem stillen seh ich nicht mehr so die Lippenstift Form sondern die Brustwarze ist eher platt gedrückt außerdem kommen sie oft bläulich aus dem Mund, wegen dem vasospasmus. ich überlege ob es hilft wenn ich spascupreel ausprobiere? Magnesium hat nicht so den Effekt

was aber schön ist - der Knirps saugt ab und zu wieder kräftiger aber nur ohne BES.

ich bleibe solange bei den angepeilten 400 wie es nötig ist. ich gebe wirklich soviel ich kann. ich habe nur die Vorstellung, dadurch das er soviel extra bekommt müsste er doch jetzt richtig schnell zunehmen - und nicht nur so durchschnittlich... ich habe es auch nicht unbedingt eilig zu reduzieren, da ich ihn gerne speckiger hätte.. aber weniger wäre natürlich schön.
