Hallo,

irgendwie treten wir wieder nur auf der Stelle und der Enthusiasmus mit dem sie das Set leer trinken lässt mich ach zweifeln. Werd ab heute versuchen wieder mehr im Tandem zu stillen...seufz- irgendwie ist das alles sehr frustrierend.

Hallo Kristina,

wahrscheinlich würden deine beiden etwas mehr Formula gut annehmen, die Zunahme ist (für ihr korrigiertes Alter) knapp unter dem Normalbereich bei Joshua und bei Severin innerhalb des Bereiches von 110-330g für den (korrigierten) dritten und vierten Lebensmonat.

Joshua: Letzte Woche 50g, davor 130g, macht im Schnitt 90 g die Woche.

Severin: Letzte Woche 80g, davor 150g, macht im Schnitt 115 g die Woche.

Wie sieht es denn mit Beikostreife deiner Babys aus? Können sie auf deinem gut gestützt auf deinem Schoß gut sitzen?

Beikostreif sind sie noch nicht, sie sitzen noch nicht sicher auf dem Schoß sondern rutschen eher zur Seite weg.

Auch das Gewicht von heute ist nicht viel besser geworden... was würdest du uns raten? Mit dem Pre hoch und 3xBES am Tag? Wieviel ml sollten es denn dann sein?

du liest dich gerade sehr traurig - und ich verstehe es total, es frustriert so, wenn man so viel kämpft und doch irgendwie nicht sieht, dass es voran geht! Dabei habt ihr wirklich schon so viel erreicht und die beiden entwickeln sich gut, das ist die Hauptsache! Es ist wirklich eine Leistung was du tagtäglich leistest (die Ernährung deiner Babys ist ja nur ein Teil) und ich hoffe das kannst du auch sehen und empfinden.

Hallo Kristina,

40 ml lassen sich ja gut anrühren,oder? Dann gehe auf 4 mal 40 ml oder alternativ 2 mal 60 ml plus einmal 40 ml hoch. Um nur 40 ml pro Baby hoch gehen macht kaum einen Unterschied.

Versuche die positiven Seiten zu sehen:
- Du ernährst deine Babys zu 80% von deiner Milch.
- Sie bekommen bei jeder Mahlzeit so viel mehr als nur Nahrung, das ist ein tolles Geschenk für deine beiden Babys.
- Sobald sie bereit sind für Beikost kannst du die Pre recht zügig durch hochkalorischen Brei ersetzen. 160ml ist da nicht so viel. Dann kannst du einfach nach Bedarf stillen und Brei geben und brauchst keine Pre und kein BES mehr.
- Ich finde es wahnsinnig toll,was du leistest und geleistet hast. Zwilling mit zwei BES gleichzeitig stillen. Respekt! Das hat noch keine Zwillingsmama in meiner Beratung vor dir gemacht.

Was meinst du? Würde das für dich passen?

Wenn ja, würde ich vorschlagen das Wiegen auf dreimal die Woche zu reduzieren und nach zwei Wochen guter Zunahme auf wöchentlich einmal, solange bis sie genug Beikost essen (was ja nicht mehr so lange sein wird).

Deidamaus, wir würden die 40-60-60 Variante nehmen und ich schreibe hier die Daten Mo, Mi und Fr auf?!
Ich hoffe das funktioniert dann, wir haben schon so viel Zeit und Energie aufgewendet, ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir da nun endlich ein Ende vom rumprobieren finden.
