dann geh wieder auf 60-80ml hoch. Dann wird sich die Zunahme bestimmt rasch normalisieren.

Wir können die Pre dann demnächst durch einen hochkalorischen Brei ersetzen. Dann kannst du nach Bedarf stillen und Beikost geben und brauchst dann keine Formula mehr geben.

Kannst du mir nochmal erklären, warum es hochkalorischer Brei sein muss? Die Kinderärztin meinte ja eh, dass man zwischen dem 4. und 6. Monat mit Beikost anfangen soll. Da ist aber nie von hochkalorisch die Rede, sondern immer von Möhrchen etc.
Ist das nur, weil ich die Flasche ersetzen will? Hat die Pre mehr Kalorien als MuMi?

Das ist jedenfalls ok für mich. Ich mache dann 80 ml, dann muss ich keine halben Löffel nehmen.

Der hochkalorische Brei soll die Pre ersetzen, die etwa soviel Kalorien pro 100 ml hat wie Muttermilch. Normaler Gemüseeinstiegsbrei hat viel weniger Kalorien. Deshalb wird hier zum Ersetzen der Pre hochkalorische Beikost empfohlen, die etwa genauso viele Kalorien auf die gleiche Menge hat wie Pre. Dein Kind soll dann genauso oft stillen wie jetzt und bekommt Beikost und keine Pre mehr für die Extrakalorien.

Kein Problem. Hochkalorischer Brei hat - wie der Name schon sagt - deutlich mehr Kalorien als normaler Brei (besonders die Gemüse-Kartoffel-Variante). 80 ml Pre haben circa 50 kcal, dafür musst du entweder 200 g Karottenbrei oder 125 g Karotten-Kartoffelbrei füttern. Bei einem hochkalorischen Brei kommst du auf deutlich mehr Kalorien. Da hast du mit 30 g Brei (Hirse-Öl-Obstmus) oft schon die 50 kcal erreicht. D.h. der Magen deinens Babys ist viel weniger voll und dein Baby ist trotzdem satt. Du kannst dann also mit nur einer Breimahlzeit die 80 g Pre ersetzen, bei einem Gemüse-Kartoffel-Brei bräuchtest du mehr Mahlzeiten.

Sie zappelt morgens aber immernoch ganz viel rum, saugt an der Brustwarze, lässt sie los, saugt sie wieder ein... wenn ich sie festhalte und versuche so wieder zum Einschlafen zu bekommen, dann schreit sie irgendwann. Das geht um 5 Uhr los und um 7 Uhr hab ich keine Lust mehr, stehe auf und sie spielt erstmal mit dem Spielebogen, während ich frühstücke.
