Die Nacht war richtig grottig. Hab kaum geschlafen, das Baby gefühlt auch nicht wirklich. Es gab einmal ein BES, zirka 7 - 8 Stunden nach dem letzten.

Unabsichtlich abgeschickt....

Bin etwas enttäuscht darüber. Aber 7 - 8 Stunden Pause sind ja auch viel. Probier ich halt mir schön zu reden...

Für Freitag wäre eine Babywaage für uns reserviert, die könnte mein Mann dann holen.

Ich finde 7-8 Stunden ohne BES ziemlich gut. Überleg mal, es ist noch gar nicht so lange her, da ging es nachts gar nicht ohne!

Und falls es dich beruhigt, ich hatte mit dem kleinen Bärenjunge auch eine grottige Nacht. Vielleicht liegt‘s ja am Alter der Zwerge...

Ich stimme Leominor da total zu! Meine kleine Raupe hatte auch gerade eine sehr harte Phase und war teilweise 5 mal nachts wach und wollte gestillt werden. Es war ein ziemlich harter Kampf mit mir selbst, sie nicht wie früher wieder mit in unsere Wohnküche mitzunehmen und ihr dann in einer einstündigen Sitzung das BES zu verabreichen.... 7-8 Stunden mit einem unruhigen Kind sind eine Wahnsinnsleistung! Das habt ihr beide toll hinbekommen!

Außerdem ist Vollmond bzw. sogar Supermond.
Vielleicht liegst ja da dran.

Die kleinen Rückschläge nimmt man oft stärker wahr, als die großen Fortschritte. Ich probiere positiv zu denken. So lange ohne BES nachts wäre vor einiger Zeit noch undenkbar gewesen. Die Zweifel gehen aber nicht ganz weg, ob er in dieser Zeit eh genug von mir bekommt.

Wegen den Vasospasmen: Sie sind weniger geworden, aber nicht weg. Lässt sich da noch was optimieren? Habe ich das bis zum Ende der Stillzeit?
Ich nehme seit 2,5 Wochen 2 x 300 mg Magnesium, 1 x Calcium und 1 x Vitamin B Komplex.
