Ach so. Innerhalb der 24h kann eine Portion durch Nachholen auch mal etwas größer ausfallen, ja. Oder es wird 1x öfter das BES genutzt.

ich hoffe, Ihr hattet einen schönen Urlaub.

Hallo Teazer,

ja danke, unser Urlaub war schön, nur die Rückfahrt über Nacht war natürlich wieder anstrengend, aber tagsüber schläft K. nicht gut im Auto. Ab gestern Mittag hatte ich das Gefühl überhaupt keine Milch zu haben, ich konnte nichts abpumpen und K. hat sich nur beschwert an der Brust, daher die 30 ml mehr Pre, sie hatte eindeutig noch Hunger. Ich hatte das schon mal 2 Tage lang und im Nachhinein fiel das auf den Beginn der zweiten Zyklushälfte, könnte jetzt auch wieder so sein. Heute scheint es wieder besser zu sein. Ich hoffe, dass ich es jetzt mal schaffe nachts abzupumpen, tagsüber ist das einfach ein super mühsames Geschäft, nachts ist die Ausbeute doppelt so groß und K. trinkt auch ja auch kaum nachts, weshalb da sicher Stimulation fehlt. Heute Morgen haben wir wohl eine volle Blase mitgewogen, die Nachtwindel war nicht voll, das kam erst später.

Ja, das kann gut sein. Vielleicht schaffen wir es ja, Deine Milchproduktion so zu erhöhen, dass die Menstruation wieder ausbleibt.

Nachts die Brust zu entleeren ist sehr wichtig. Wie groß sind nachts denn die Abstände?

Hallo Teazer,

seit K. weniger Pre bekommt meldet sie sich nachts relativ oft von selbst nach 3h, ansonsten wecke ich sie nach 3h (nur manchmal höre ich den Wecker nicht). Trotzdem trinkt sie dann eher unmotiviert und ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass sie die Brust richtig entleert und nimmt nur zwischen 10 und 30 ml Pre ab, aber mit viel Überreden und Stimulation. Nach diesem meist mindestens einstündigen "Kampf" schaffe ich es dann nicht mehr abzupumpen, weil K. dann bald schon wieder trinken muss und ich einfach zu müde bin. Vielleicht könnte ich auch zu der letzten Mahlzeit Abends und Nachts weniger Pre anbieten? K. holt die Premenge, die sie nachts nicht abgenommen hat oft vormittags nach.

teile die PRE so auf wie es für Euch passt. Meine Angaben sind nur Vorschläge. Wenn Du denkst, sie würde nachts besser stillen, wenn Du abends weniger gibst, dann probiere das auf jeden Fall aus.

ich kann zwischen des BES-Mahlzeiten entweder K. nochmal anlegen oder pumpen, was ist wichtiger? Wenn ich sie zwischendrin anlege kriegt sie letztendlich ja mehr Milch. Oder abwechselnd? Beides geht nicht, nach dem pumpen kann sie keinen MSR auslösen.

Am besten wäre es, wenn Du direkt im Anschluss an das Stillen pumpen würdest. Das ist dann die beste Anregung und Du hast danach eine gute Pause, so das der Milchspendereflex beim nächsten Stillen schnell auslösen kann.

Diese Variante ist die beste, weil so

a) regelmäßig die maximalgroße "Bestellung" an Deinen Körper eingeht und

b) das Gedeihen trotz schneller PRE-Reduktion gesichert ist.
