Japp, läuft wirklich gut momentan

Ich hatte ja nicht mehr gedacht, dass ich noch so viel reduzieren kann. Das wär dann ja auch nicht so schlimm gewesen, dann hätte ich einfach bald mit Beikost angefangen. Eigentlich hätte ich das Baby bestimmen lassen wollen, wann es Interesse am Essen hat. Die Kinderärztin sagte mir, dass es Studien gäbe, die besagen, dass die Einführung von Beikost zwischen dem 4. und 6. Monat das Allergierisiko senke. Du weißt nicht zufällig, welche Studien das sind?

Ich weiß grad nicht, wo du die Studien findest. Nach meinem Laienverständnis war das Ergebnis aber, dass Stillen während der Einführung von Beikost vor Allergien schützt. Wenn du nicht planst, mit Punkt sechs Monaten abgestillt zu haben, kannst du also warten, bis dein Kind Beikostreif ist und dann die Beikost unter dem Schutz des Stillens einführen. Der Schutz ist auch mit einem halben Jahr noch gegeben, wenn du länger stillst.

Es gibt da eine Studie dazu, dass das Risiko für Zöliakie sinkt, wenn man während dem Stillen kleine Mengen Gluten einführt. Aber: Mittlerweile gibt es auch Studien, die diesen Zusammenhang nicht so klar sehen.

Wenn es weiterhin mit der Reduktion so gut klappt, dann kannst du auch problemlos die sechs Monate voll stillen (außer dein Baby will vorher schon etwas essen).

Jetzt lass uns mal schauen, wie es weiterhin läuft. Es wäre ja super, wenn ihr die Pre los werden würdet.
