Asiyatologe hat geschrieben:Soll ich sie immernoch zum trinken wecken wenn sie tagsüber länger als zwei Stunden und nachts länger als vier Stunden nicht getrunken hat?

10-12 mal Stillen in 24 h ist wichtig für deine Milchbildung. Du kannst ihn aber auch tagsüber mal länger schlafen lassen, wenn du danach häufiger stillst. Nachts sollten die Schlafpausen aber nicht länger als 4 h sein. Insgesamt solltest du auf 10-12 Stillmahlzeiten in 24 h kommen.

Heute kriegt sie 190 ml und morgen 175 ml (5x35 ml )

Sie ist nachts so unruhig seit einer Woche. Es ist nicht so schlimm, sie schläft auch, wenn sie auf mir liegt. Aber sie hat auf einmal starke Blähungen und Bauchschmerzen. Sie hatte keine Dreimonatskoliken. Kann es sein, dass sie sie jetzt bekommt?
Zur Zeit entwickelt sie sich enorm. Kann es daran liegen? Vielleicht ist sie "überwältigt"?

Das passt. Die Zunahme ist mit jeweils 140g in den letzten beiden Wochen sehr schön.

Mit drei, vier Monaten fangen viele Babys an, nachts deutlich schlechter zu schlafen. Oft stellt sich auch die Verdauung nochmal um, d.h. der Stuhl verändert sich oder die Häufigkeit des Stuhlgangs.

Verhält sie sich denn tagsüber auch anders als in der letzten Zeit?

Gestern waren wir sehr lange draußen und sie hat viel geschwitzt. Vielleicht wiegt sie deshalb eure weniger. Aber ich würde gerne jetzt bei 190 ml bleiben, bis sie weder gut zunimmt.

Bleibe ruhig bei den 190 ml für ein paar Tage und wenn dann die Zunahme weiterhin normal bleibt, reduzierst du weiter.

Ich bleibe weiterhin bei 190 ml. Reduziere erst, wenn sie mehr wiegt als vor zwei Tagen.

Wir werden an Wochenende einen Miniurlaub machen. Es wird schwierig für uns die Waage mitzunehmen. Ist das notwendig? Werde sie nur zwei Tage nicht wiegen können.

Kein Problem.

Bleibe erstmal bei den 190 ml und am Wochenende kannst du dann mal nicht wiegen und nicht mitzählen und ein bisschen entspannen.
