die Gewichtsentwicklung ist sehr schön. Bei Joshua die letzte Woche 230g, bei Severin 180 g. Die Woche zuvor bei Joshua 140g, bei Severin 150g. j

Heute dann 80 ml. Du kannst dir überlegen, ob du dann auf zweimal BES reduzierst.

Hallo,

wir sind auf zwei BES-Mahlzeiten runtergegangen. Das ging ganz gut, haben jetzt nur noch mittags und abends die jeweils 40ml. Wir haben überlegt, ein paar Tage auf den 80ml zu bleiben, bis das Gewicht darunter ein stabile Zunahme zeigt und nicht so schnell weiter zu reduzieren. Was hälst du davon Deidamaus?

Hallo Kristina,

ja klar, das kannst du gerne machen. Bis jetzt ist die Zunahme wunderbar.

Du fütterst im Moment weniger wie 100 ml pro Baby zu, das ist grandios wenig. Du warst mal bei 300ml pro Baby, das sind insgesamt mindestens 400 ml mehr Milch, die deine Brust jetzt produziert. Super gut, finde ich.

Stillst du beide Babys im Moment mehr zusammen oder mehr einzeln?

Eigentlich immer zusammen, wenn wir drausen sind mal einzeln, aber das ist max. einmal am Tag. Ich finde auch ganz erstaunlich, wie das funktioniert und hätte es vor 4 Wochen noch nicht glauben können.
Wir wollten versuchen, bis zum Juli ganz ohne Zufüttern zurecht zu kommen (Ende Juli ist ein Urlaub geplant, da zählt jedes Gepäckstück).

In zwei Wochen stillst du (hoffentlich) voll, so dass du bis zum Urlaub auch nicht mehr so häufig wiegen musst.
