Mit der Beikost läuft es mal mehr, mal weniger gut. Letztes Wochenende hat sie zerdrückte Banane mit Begeisterung gegessen (nur ein paar Löffel, aber davon ist auch fast alles im Magen gelandet). Vorgestern ging hingegen gar nichts, da hat sie alles wieder aus dem Mund geschoben. Sie war da allerdings auch ziemlich müde, also vielleicht habe ich da einfach einen schlechten Zeitpunkt erwischt. Manchmal habe ich dann doch noch etwas Zweifel, ob die Beikostreife schon richtig erreicht ist. Aber ich biete einfach regelmäßig an und zwinge sie ja zu nichts.

Hallo, heute mal wieder ein Update...

Das Beikost- Essen hat in den letzten Tagen ganz gut geklappt Meist habe ich Früh und mittags etwas angeboten, abends ist sie zu müde und dementsprechend nicht bereit für "Experimente".
Pre habe ich weiterhin 4x 50ml angeboten, meist trinkt sie pro Mahlzeit nur um die 20ml und möchte dann ganz offensichtlich nicht mehr (sie windet sich auf meinem Schoß, sprudelt die Milch wieder heraus ).

Das klingt doch prima! Dass Beikost mal besser, mal schlechter angenommen wird, ist ganz normal.

Die Gewichtszunahme ist auch völlig unauffällig.

Ich würde gern deutlich seltener wiegen, max. 1x pro Woche, und auch weniger Pre zufüttern. Hier wäre mein Vorschlag, alle paar Tage eine Pre-Mahlzeit weniger anzubieten.

Ja, dieses Kontrolle-abgeben ist nicht leicht, aber ein wichtiger Schritt. Trau Dich! Du schaffst das.

Wie geht es euch?

aktuell ist es mit meiner Tochter ziemlich anstrengend... sie schläft tagsüber kaum und ist dann entsprechend unausgeglichen

Was das Zufüttern angeht, bin ich mir aktuell nicht sicher, wie ich weiter verfahren soll. Ich hatte seit letztem Wochenende 2x 50ml angeboten, die sie nicht ausgetrunken hat. Eigentlich war mein Plan, ab kommendem Wochenende auf 1x 50ml zu reduzieren. Ich weiß aber nicht, ob die Gewichtsentwicklung das hergibt oder ob ich bei der Menge bleiben sollte.

Hallo, heute wieder ein Update...
Die Situation hat sich wieder ein wenig entspannt, was das Schlafen und die "Laune" betrifft. Dafür hatte meine Tochter in den letzten 2-3 Tagen keine Zeit/ Geduld zum Trinken. Nach wenigen Schlucken war es ein einziges Gezappel und sie wurde dann auch schnell quengelig, wenn ich sie zum weiteren Stillen "überreden" wollte. Bisher habe ich weiterhin 2x täglich je 50ml Pre angeboten und bin am hin- und her überlegen, ob ich nur noch 1x 50ml anbieten sollte, weil meine Tochter die Menge ja aktuell "sowieso nicht trinkt ". Allerdings gefällt mir das Gewicht nicht so richtig.
Beikost isst sie - je nach Tagesform - eigentlich ganz gut

Ich würde die Zufütterung reduzieren. Dein Kind bekommt Muttermilch und Beikost angeboten- besser kann ein Kind in dem Alter nicht ernährt werden. Sie hat die Möglichkeit, mehr zu essen und mehr zu stillen. Darüber hinaus trinkt sie ja oft eh nicht aus, wie du selbst sagst.

Es ist total ok, zu reduzieren!
