Gestern hatte er mehr Hunger und da gab es dann auch die 170ml.

Er ist allgemein sehr ungeduldig, was den MSR angeht. Sobald er abends dran ist und er sich anstrengen muss, rastet er aus. Wenn ich dann laufend Stille klappt es besser. Dann bleibt er wenigstens dran und saugt, dann wird der MSR auch irgendwann ausgelöst. Das ist unser einziges Problem momentan. Er hat keine Geduld und saugt dann nur kurz oder nicht richtig. Wie gesagt, wenn ich dann mit der Pumpe auslösen will, dann weint er sich auch in rage, egal ob ich ihn e dabei ablege oder nicht.

So ganz klappt es also noch nciht mit dem problemlosen stillen, aber zumindest reicht es trotzdem, da wir ja schon gut reduzieren konnten und er ja trotzdem gut zunimmt.

Das ihn das stört, dass was rauskommt, denke ich nicht. Weil er ja wenn ich dann das BES vorbereite und ihm dann zufüttere, er dann zufrieden trinkt. Also ist es wirklich Ungeduld und Hunger, wenn er so schreit an der Brust, weil der MSR auf sich warten lässt. Wie ich den schneller ausgelöst bekomme, weiß ich auch nicht. Ich denke schon dabei an sprudelnede Milch usw. Aber mit weinendem baby ist entspannen auch nciht drin.

Vielleicht wird das mit der Zeit ja auch mal besser und er lernt, effektiver zu sein und nicht direkt aufzugeben.

Heute hab ich nicht gewogen. Morgen dann wieder.

Ich denke mal in dem Gewicht heute macht sich die fehlende Stuhlwindel bemerkbar. Aber ansonsten hatte ich ja die letzten Tage auch eher die 150ml sowieso, weil die gereicht haben. Super, dass du das auch so siehst und 150ml reichen.

Das BES ist auf langsam eingestellt. Also hab den anderen Schlauch immer zu. Ich hatte immer den weißen Schlauch, der ist aber seit einigen Tagen undicht, egal was ich mache. Also hab ich jetzt den roten genommen, bis meine Ersatzsvhläuche ankommen. Den schnellen Fluss wollte ich vermeiden, da er ja sowieso erwartet dass es schnell geht und er soll sich nicht dran gewöhnen, dass es so einfach fließt. Ich weiß aber dass der rote für Pre nicht geeignet ist.

Ansonsten läuft es aber richtig gut. Der MSR geht auch seit 2 Tagen schneller und ich hab es immer geschafft, ihn anzulegen, bevor er so ungeduldig wird und es dann alles so dauert bzw er sich schnell in rage schreit. Als er gestern morgen nur eine Seite getrunken hat und wieder eingeschlafen war, hab ich die andere Seite angepumpt und hatte in 10min 60ml aus einer Brust. Das war ein gutes Gefühl. Da ist man sich dann sicherer, dass man genug hat.

Heute hab ich wieder eine Wiegepause gemacht. Und um 20ml reduziert. Somit bin ich jetzt bei 130ml Pre. Er hatte heute deutlich mehr Hunger. Keine Ahnung, ob es mit der Reduzierung der Pre zu tun hat oder einfach ein hungriger Tag war. Auf jeden Fall muss ich glaub ich mehr MuMi sammeln. Wenn ich irgendwann auf 0ml Pre komme, muss ich bestimmt MuMi Zufüttern, weil er an der Brust irgendwie nicht satt wird? Zumindest momentan und auch eher abends scheint es so. Ich hoffe, dass das irgendwann noch klappt und er auch ausschließlich an der Brust satt wird.

Aber er hat definitiv mehr an der Hand gesaugt heute und gegen Abend, nach der 20 Uhr Zufütterung wollte er clustern und als nichts kam und wie immer der MSR auch nciht mehr kommen wollte oder auf sich waren lassen hat, gab es ziemliches Gemecker, also gab es um kurz vor 22uhr noch mal MuMi mit dem BES 60ml.

Ich komme aber am Tag nicht zum pumpen und abends, wenn er schläft, dann nur auf mir. Er wacht sofort auf! Wenn ich ihm ablegen will. Somit kann ich auch abends nciht pumpen. Nur morgens, nach dem ersten stillen und wickeln, danach schläft er weiter. Da bekomme ich dann meistens so 50-60ml raus. Ob da irgendwann nur MuMi Zufüttern reichen wird?

Aber er spuckt auch viel. Also nicht so viel, aber schon oft. Ich weiß einfach nciht, ob er kein Sättigungsgefühl hat oder wirklich nicht satt wird, bzw abends hilft auch keine andere Ablenkung.

Die 60ml MuMi hat er auch nciht ganz ausgetrunken.da waren etwa 5ml noch im BES. Er hat dann irgendwann angefangen unruhig zu werden und sich durchzustrecken und so ein meckerndes stöhnen abgegeben. Obwohl ja noch was im BES war und er trinken konnte. Dann hab ich ihn abgenommen und er hat dann auch bäuerchen gemacht und gespuckt. Also dachte ich mir, ok wird wohl zu viel gewesen sein und er hat gemeckert, weil noch was rauskam und deswegen so das durchstrekcen und strampeln. Er saugt trotzdem danach noch ausgiebig an den Händen. Ist es einfach nur ein extremes Saugbedürfnis?

Ich hab ihn dann noch mal ohne das BES an die selbe Brust, die ja gut "leer" war jetzt, rangelassen, um zu schauen, ob es wirklich meckern weil noch was rauskam war. Er hat wieder gemeckert, hab dann noch mal an die andere Brust, die ja etwas voller ist, da hat er auch gemeckert. Also satt ist er jetzt denke ich und will nichts aus der Brust. In der babywippe meckert er auch kurz, aber spielt dann doch mit seinen Händen oder schaut die Lampe etc an.

Das ist so anstrengend und macht einen verrückt, wenn man nicht weiß, ob das Kind jetzt satt ist oder was es will ich hoffe, ich kann irgendwann wieder darauf vertrauen, dass er an meiner Brust satt wird und normal zunimmt. Das ganze mit dem abnehmen hat mein Vertrauen wohl doch gebrochen.
