Premilchreduktionsdrama, schlechte Gewichtszunahme - noch eine Chance auf (Teil-)Stillen?

Hallo Teazer,

bei uns läuft es ganz gut. Gerade schaffe ich es ganz gut unsere Situation einfach als gegeben hinzunehmen und meinen Tag um die BES-Mahlzeiten herum zu gestalten. K. kann jede Seite 10-15 Minuten in Ruhe trinken ohne zu heulen und das BES danach geht dann eher schleppend, wenn sie will. Dazu darf sie glaube ich nur nicht zu viel Hunger haben und der kann sehr schlagartig kommen, so dass ich den Moment manchmal verpasse. Insgesamt hat sie in den letzten Tagen mehr Hunger, wir kommen auch auf höhere Zufüttermengen. Habe eigentlich nicht den Eindruck, dass meine Milch weniger ist, sondern eher dass sie mehr Bedarf hat.

Hallo Teazer,

hier kurz unsere Liste. Ich habe heute mal wieder das Gefühl keine Milch zu haben, Zyklusanfang Pumpen klappt da natürlich auch wieder nicht. K. trinkt schlecht an der Brust, das BES dann super hastig und spuckt dann sehr viel. Vielleicht ist es morgen wieder besser, ich kann es ja nicht ändern.

Hallo Teazer,

entschuldige, dass ich mich erst jetzt melde, wir haben gerade Besuch und wenig Zeit. Bei uns läuft es wieder besser. K. trinkt gut an der Brust. Ich weiß nicht ob das jetzt der Kontrast zu dem/den Tag/en ohne Milch ist, oder ob das der 12-Wochen Schub ist und sie einfach weniger Appetit hat oder ob das Domperidon wirkt. Die letzten beiden Nächte hat sie gar keine Pre abgenommen. Wir schaffen die verpassten ml auch nicht wirklich tagsüber nachzuholen. Ist das trotz der Gewichtsentwicklung in Ordnung? Ich kann ja nicht mehr machen als es ihr anzubieten, oder?

Hallo, Sophie.

Aktuell hält sie ihre Perzentile. Du kannst PRE nach Bedarf geben. Ich habe ja ein Auge auf die Entwicklung.

Was mir jedoch nicht gefällt ist, dass sie nicht täglich Stuhlgang hat. Das sollte sie wegen der PRE haben. Tut sie sich schwer mit dem Stuhlgang?

Das ist jetzt seit 3-4 Wochen, dass K. eher jeden 2. Tag Stuhlgang hat. Bauchweh hat sie eigentlich nicht und fest ist es auch nicht. Sie macht halt nicht in die Windel, sondern ich muss sie abhalten wenn sie drückt oder die Windel aufmachen und das sind dann große Mengen, da wären 3 Windeln gut voll. Aber öfter abhalten bringt keine höhere Stuhlfrequenz.

Hallo Teazer,

hier unsere Liste. K. nimmt weiterhin zwischen 20 und 6 Uhr keine Pre ab und ich mache mir Sorgen, weil sie plötzlich so viel weniger Pre bekommt. Sie nuckelt zwar die halbe Nacht, aber ich weiß nicht wie viel sie dabei wirklich trinkt. Ich pumpe dann nachts 1x und kann inzwischen oft 40 ml auf einmal abpumpen, vielleicht weil K. vorher nicht effektiv getrunken hat.

Hallo Teazer,

hier unsere Liste. Heute Nacht hat K. nur eine Seite getrunken und wollte dann lieber weiter schlafen. Die andere Brust war richtig hart, das hatte ich bislang so noch nie. Ich konnte dann von der harten Seite mit einem Mal Pumpen 60 ml abpumpen, von der anderen Seite fast nichts. Da hätten beide Seiten ja für eine ganze Mahlzeit gereicht. Ich denke schon, dass das Domperidon wirkt. Soll ich es jetzt erstmal weiter so hoch dosiert nehmen?
