Stillprobleme beim ersten Kind

Hallo,

ja nachts weiterhin mit BES. Wäre denn ohne besser? Sie hat Nachts nicht mal die Geduld den Milchspendereflex auszulösen und ist zumindest bei den letzten Versuchen ohne wach geworden.

Wie viel von dem Essen was sie selber in die Hand nimmt auch im Magen landet, lässt sich halt schlecht sagen da sie den einenTeil ja auch wieder ausspuckt.

Aktuell kommt Sie, wenn Sie 60ml PRE bekommt, von selbst frühestens alle 4 Stunden. So das es den Eindruck erweckt, dass wir sie füttern obwohl sie keinen Hunger hat. Sie aber gleichzeitig wenn sie etwas angeboten bekommt nie etwas übrig lässt oder sofort anfängt zu schreien, wenn nach dem Stillen ohne BES nicht noch das Stillen mit BES folgt. Oder hat sie sich schon so sehr daran gewöhnt? Ich weiß auch nicht mehr wie ich sie noch bewegen kann etwas mehr Geduld aufzubringen an der Brust länger zu trinken, auch ohne BES.

wir versuchen aktuell einen zweiten Brei einzuführen aber so richtig will sie den Obstgetreidebrei nicht. Das liegt aber am Obst da will sie nicht so recht ran. Wir testen aber noch verschiedene Sorten durch. Ein Stück Birne mag sie zum Beispiel aber den Birnenbrei nicht.

und einfach zweimal die gleiche art brei und das obst extra?

nachts ohne BES wäre halt für dich wesentlich entspannter! nur darum geht es mir.

und vielleicht mal probieren, sie nach dem stillen ohne BES abzulenken und hochzunehmen? wenn ihr denkt, dass sie noch mehr braucht/will kannst du sie nach 20-30 minuten noch einmal ohne BES anlegen und schauen wie es läuft. wenn sie sich nicht ablenken und beruhigen lässt, dann natürlich nicht schreien lassen!

parallel zur reduktion macht es schon sinn, stillen und BES etwas zu entkoppeln - so komisch das auch erst einmal klingen mag.

auch wenn am ende nur 15 minuten pause zwischen stillen ohne BES und der nächsten stilleinheit liegt - vielleicht klappt es so besser, mehr und mehr auch ohne dass das BES direkt folgen muss zu stillen.

wir werden das mit dem nächtlichen stillen ohne BES mal am Wochenende angehen. Wenn sie sich jetzt tatsächlich nur mit stillen beruhigen lässt, müsste ich dann tagsüber zusehen wie ich die fehlende Menge an PRE von der Nacht mit unterbringe?

eure jetzige breimenge ist ja förmlich explodiert! da kann jetzt auch einfach eine portion BES schlicht wegfallen. also irgendwas zwischen 60-80ml PRE kannst du ab jetzt auf einen schlag weniger geben plus weiter die 10ml pro tag weniger.

prinzipiell sollte die menge von nachts auf den tag verteilt werden, bei der breibegeisterung deines kindes geht es jetzt aber fix, da könnt ihr auch mal nach unten oder oben abrunden. in dem moment wo brei dazu kommt, wird das ganze ja eh etwas über den daumen gepeilt. wichtig ist, dass das gewicht stimmt und das tut es

ich drücke euch die daumen, dass ihr ganz ganz bald das BES nachts los werdet! das wäre ja wirklich eine erleichterung.

wie geht es der verdauung, gibt es probleme bei der umstellung auf etwas festere nahrung?

also Probleme gibt es eigentlich nicht. Die Windel ist jetzt öfter mit kleinen Portionen Stuhl voll aber ansonsten ist alles super.
Wir probieren es zwar mit dem stillen ohne BES aber so richtig erfolgreich sind wir noch nicht. Wir bleiben aber dran.

das habt ihr schon ganz richtig gemacht

bei der breimenge jetzt wieder einen sprung von 60-80ml weniger (wie es euch passt) und danach weiter täglich 10ml reduzieren (geht auch mal einen tag nicht reduzieren und dann 20ml oder mal zwei tage nicht und dann 30ml. wie es euch am besten passt bei anrühren der PRE und im schnitt weiter 10ml pro tag).

es hat sich nun auch so ergeben, dass wir einmal füttern in der Nacht weglassen können. Zwar will sie dann in dem Moment die Brust nicht, aber sie lässt sich trotzdem beruhigen.
